  1. So the age of consent is 18 in most places and 16 in the UK if someone older than you has sex with you and you are under that age it is rape even if you give consent because legally you are still a child and can't give consent

  2. You are in no way at fault because if your "friend" had sex with you when drunk it's rape as you are not in the right mind to give consent. I know alot of drunk people have sex and are ok with it the next day. But there are those that are not and would not of done it if sober and that us rape
