@BQD_Central when the word first came out, I'd have agreed. Fortunately there's masses of negative connotations attached to the word now. I doubt they'd there's any difference in how the words are received.

Circumcision desensitises the end. That's not meant to spend a few decades running against what's in front of it. Meant to be protected.
