@motopeter2409 you can say it's not part, but given it's been the result over and over and over again, the 20th and 21st centuries disagree with you. It's not officially a part. Officially it's sunshine and roses, but can you really deny reality in favour of rosy dreams when saying what's a part of something? Also, while the same can and does happen in democracies, it does to nowhere near the severity and consistency. And in a democracy with checks and balances, even if you do get a crazy sociopath, what it can do is very limited. The worst possible outcome of the most dysfunctional democracy is the standard outcome of every major attempt at communism over the last century.
