  2.  @ccp_fact_checker  you can't stop communication between their servers and others. If you want to have a play around with what's possible, you can check a geoip database. I think maxmind provides one. But you won't be able to get anything better than ISP or company ownership of a range. What they do after they've got it is their business. So you could block aws as a whole. You couldn't block a customer within aws
