@parallax9281 we're told that, but in sixteen years of going and out of China, including travelling all over, I've yet to see evidence they think more than a few seconds in advance. It's an exaggeration, but look at the mess they make of a simple queue and it's not much of one. Everything is immediate or done strictly according to some cultural rule.
