  3. Looks like writer Kevin Held of Fox 2 wrote an article about The Cosmopolitan, entitled "Gothic Lodge revealed in 1.4M downtown St. Louis building" that was released 45 minutes ago.

  5. Pardon me, while I pick my jaw back up off the ground. Where would I even begin? So many things; so many questions. This place just made me want to go there myself. At 9:45 there was what appeared to be a very old, very unique wood-burning stove, and at 9:59 there was maybe an alligator carving. Any additional information on those fabulous eccentricities? Do you by chance know what wood, maybe Birch or Cypress, that lovely grand piano was crafted from? Also, is the owner swapping out some of the items around St. Louis for theatrical props, or is the owner a collector? No matter what, please say to Mr. Strum, "Many thanks for permitting [you] to give us this extraordinary tour." Mind blown.
