I'm in the Foothills of NC and not as bad as the mountain s but everything is Cash Only and all the ATM 's are out of money. We are American and FEMA is out of money for us ? smh.

I have Not seen anyone from FEMA Not one.. This Is a terrible time for our Country .. The Federal government don't care about us ??
