  5.  harrylongbaugh1  , agreed. If one has a Mill one can build anything legal or illegal. I know what it takes to make a full auto and would never even try because i wouldn't want to go to jail. I'm not Hillary Clinton and wouldn't get a pass. This reminds me of that California guy who said that Air Soft rifles can be made to fire full auto 30 rds. in 1- 1/2 seconds. lol.
