Only get worse that's why I see U-Hauls on I-10, I-40, I-80 n I-90 heading East plus your water issue should have been addressed decades ago.... Ca. state funds have over a "100 Billion" in the bank.... btw how's that Train between the cities going ?? Can't believe why the City People like to pay out of their noses, b.s. laws, drugs, shutting down stores, anti 2A, homeless, didn't want to approve our main barn without studies on impact of land, free everything.... Had our family ranch northern central valley over 100 yrs. water police kept giving us tickets washing our farm equipment, homeless in the flat fields n illegal weed growers in our woods, ect. ..it's a decaying state now n happening Fast........be well..
