@LoneLee2022 , I retired couple years ago and been traveling around our country.. I can tell you 100% not all of our country is like that.. the cities are falling apart now.. just look across the river in Philly.... Not into politics but I see how people act and speak between so called Blue and Red states.... I wish you well n have a better new year..

@LoneLee2022 , I went through the same when my Mom passed.... At least Prez. Trump did away with the Federal Death Tax but Murphy kept the state death tax, smh. With this so called bail-in ballot Prez. Brandon ya don't know if he will put back the federal death tax ? I had to pay the Federal n State Taxes which cost myself n sister tens of thousands of dollars n it dragged on for almost 3 years.... I bought a house in NC property tax is under 1,000 bucks a yr. in NJ I'm paying $ 12,677.00 a yr. for basically the same house n I have much more property in NC with same services as NJ.. Still have family in NJ that I visit often cause not too far away from NC.. Like a whole other world once ya leave NJ.... If you have the means I would get out of NJ cause it's only going to get worse...... be well.

@LoneLee2022 , NJ is good to make a living but it's between Philly n NYC and people live like rats.... I have a house in Monmouth Co. by Shark River nice place to live but expensive n don't like the taxes, laws, anti 2 Amt., fishing laws need a book to see whats in season that day, car insurance crazy high.. not going to get better.
