  1. I don't wear them for style, couldn't care less about that, they transform my running style, quickening my stride and allowing for immediate cadence change to--say sprint across a busy road. My only problems with them are 1st: difficult to get my toes in, 2nd: can quickly overwork my calves if I don't focus on touching heal down, 3rd: make sharp rocky surfaces like railroad base unavailable due to lack of padding.
