  1. One engine had slightly more load on it than the other, I noticed the tape on the crank was not identical. ;-)

Way back in the 1970's I believe there was a STP salesman who would fly around the country giving this demo: He'd drain all the oil out of his single engine plane, taxi out take off then return, land and taxi back up. I don't know if it was faked but it impressed a lot of ppl. (of course he had STP in the oil)
