How far does this go before the inevitable realization that you simply CANNOT keep coddling and enabling irresponsible campers. Don't feed them, don't accommodate them in any fashion short of demanding value for value--want a sandwich?...wash my car first. "Hope" is not a strategy.

@robertbrown892 Jobs are EVERYWHERE, never been a bigger shortage of labor in American history nor easier to make bank in the trades or even from home. Thanks for remembering the obvious.

@robertbrown892 Same way anyone does, get sober, get serious, have integrity, develop work ethics and learn . Minimum wage is for entry level, for kids and beginners, it's not an endgame, it's NEVER been adequate to raise a family. Becoming hard to replace makes you valuable, it's not easy but life never was nor should be. It is easy to understand and easier than it ever was. You don't need licenses in most cases and they shouldn't even exist, that's motivated to keep down the competition...but that's a tangent. Start at the bottom, be productive, valuable and minimally ambitious and things fall into place.

@robertbrown892 Don't believe me?? Been a trucker shortage for decades and 'worse' now then ever. Any modestly conscientious person can do it, doesn't even take great skill or average health and intelligence. Harder skills take a few yrs of diligence which you can learn on the job, then 6 figures is readily available in most of them. You can't be obese maybe, like you can as a trucker, nor can females or the frail typically do all of them, and so on. Men still matter. Beyond that--the internet coupled with imagination and drive, makes all kinds of opportunities possible. Even a darn YouTube channel for Gauds sakes!

@robertbrown892 Start by taking responsibility for yourself for the 1st time in your life. By 23 you should have been equipped with high skills. Starting from where you are--any valuable person will be invested in by any number of employers. Or start your own business. NO ONE owes you a job or an existence. Understand? Your entitled attitude is NOT MY BURDEN it's all yours.

@robertbrown892 We ALL have our hurdles to conquer. Plenty of successful folks with impairments. The diff between prosperity and poverty is 1st and foremost a state of mind I treat ppl superbly and that includes NOT suffering fools or catering to hopeless cases. You like many apparently prefer to externalize and whine instead of struggle and strive. NOTHING to work with there, no one can help those who won't help themselves. Sincere good LUCK. I wish that on everyone, if only that one persons success is a small win for everyone else, and visa versa.
