  2. Dang...was just going to suggest that as a remote possibility. Can't think of any oil platforms in the area but that'd be a proper 2nd life, does look like land area is a limiting factor along with anchovies. On the other hand, harvesting anchovies for fertilizer could be even more efficient with same net effect beyond bird population maximization.
