  1. Vast majority are good for America but they need to be filtered and accepted legally. Some of the best men, smartest hardest working guys I've known are Mexicans, not all of them legal due to difficulty establishing that status, but better than the average born in America IMO. Controlling borders is a minimum requirement of having a meaningful nation.
