  1. I'm independent, not biased for or against either party-but regarding the end of vid-- I remember when Reagan represented the end of the world. "Dumb cowboy likely to start a treacherous war, B movie actor with NO biz being a prez, scary stupid embarrassing on the public stage...." And so on. Now he's not so bad at all.

  2. It's only marginally outperformed the S&P in last 5 yr.s but one would have to consider BRK over an index fund. It's 3.8X the S&P over last 20 yrs.
