  8. It was the mandates that sealed the deal for me--triggered my personal mandate of noncompliance, might have opted for it otherwise. Easy for me being self employed with customers of like mind, really feel for y'all suffering real sacrifices.

About a decade ago after seeing a graph in Scientific American showing UV intensity bands across the USA from Florida to Montana and corresponding sever disease rates, auto immune to cancers, sometimes 25 to 45% difference between the highest to lowest intensity solar influx (not counting skin cancer, more radiation yielded dramatically lower rates) AND considering the obvious fact that old cultures near the equator vs farther from it determined UV blocking effectiveness of our skin types, from dark to blond or even redhead (blocking UV to admitting UV, with the exception of Eskimos who get their D from seafood). I made D3 a part of my routine.

  12. I've been a big believer in D since reading a Sci American Mag article back in the '90's. A memorable chart showed bands of solar intensity across the USA and associated rates of cancers, autoimmune diseases, etc., there was a dramatic (15 to 45% say) increase of all of them going from Florida to Montana. Pigmented skin is generally better yet it must be diminished as one moves away from the equator and visa versa. (obviously dark skin is far safer in high intensity sun where D is not likely to be deficient) Redheads are sort of mutants, highly detrimental here in California, yet they may be better off in sun deprived Ireland.

  14. Vax mandates saved me from the jab, at least in part. I was expecting to get it but delayed to see how it played out then the mandates came down triggering my personal mandate of noncompliance. Since then there was ever increasing reason not to get it. Had mild case that lasted couple days.

  15. They created and pushed opioids since the mid '90's that continue to cause enormous damage. Many of their drugs are harmful and could be replaced by dietary modification and safe herbal solutions.
