Joe Stim Unfortunately most of them won't, statute of limitations ran out and certainly the Christian God won't punish them as long as they accept Jesus as their savior and don't blasphemy it's all good no matter what you do Happy Land Forever awaits!

mar gz It's completely ridiculous to hate all Catholics. We (some of us) simply loath the evil empire that the Vatican and Church have ALWAYS been. A force of pure immorality from day one to the present, the Vatican should have been bombed during WW2 but now it's time to sue it into oblivion. That doesn't mean there aren't some fine individuals who happen to be affiliated with it at a lower level, some of my best most respected friends are devout Catholics by accident.

mdo686 Actually it's very to the point. Trump denies anthropocentric climate change (as do many Rs) as well as regulations to mitigate subsidence and that's the heart of the issue here. How deep under water will some need to get before they acknowledge: "Houston we have a problem."?

Christus Regnat WTH? The Popes and Bishops who facilitated this for centuries "are not Catholics"??? They are the very DEFINITION of Catholic! It's an evil institution, rotten to the core and always has been.

Roger that...although those are not particularly new ideas really. :-) Ancient religions are stuck on more or less the same sound track for centuries if not millennia, so why would new ideas be needed to counter very old notions anyway?

If it's dogmatic, if things are taken on 'faith' (faith as in the typical religious usage--the excuse one makes for not having good reasons for their beliefs.) then it is automatically bad. There is always a price to pay for avoiding thinking and learning, to dodge the necessity of thought by subjecting one's mind to ANY entity is inherently lazy and dangerous. No doubt some faiths are worse then others but dogma should ALWAYS be challenged.
