  6.  @rickd1412  What does "close" mean in this instance? How much above sea level is it? Most folks don't think of a century out when purchasing a home, likely take a century for sea level to increase a few ft., which will be bad but not for a house 30ft above todays level say. Ridiculous narrative here.

  7.  @rickd1412  We get it, it's a tired old story line without much relevance to anything. A few feet of rise will take at least a century even if you are a fervent believer in CO2 driven climate change. Not many plan 100 yr.s out nor should we for an individual home.

  13. Good GRIEF. Worry about a human caused nuclear exchange or cosmic impact into Earth, those are things we can act on. Besides the vid makes it clear there is no significant threat to Earth from super novas.
