In part a poor choice of curriculums to pursue. Engineering for example, nothing to do with pointless memorization, all about understanding concepts and developing analytical skills. All for doing that on one's own if they are capable, I don't think I'd realistically have learned higher math and physics without deadlines and external applied stress.

It's the number 1 pillar, without it nothing else matters. 1A for damn good reason.

@hintssabbat Advocating violence, fraud or "fire in a crowded theater" when there is no fire, is going too far, that's been covered by Supreme Court ruling LONG AGO. Everything else must be allowed.

We better fight for what he have and what we lost. "Freedom isn't free" is much more than the willingness to pickup arms and defend our borders. We still have most of what made us free and great and the pendulum swings in both directions. We came very close to going communistic back in the 1930's don't forget.

Why do they think Elon demands live, unedited interview.

The concept of greed needs to be tackled as well. I'm greedy because I produce 1000X more fruits and nuts than my neighbors on similar lots....is that a bad thing? It makes me far wealthier than the rest as measured by organic food production, does that make my neighbors less well off?? I use this simple but real scenario to remove the abstraction that monetary wealth confuses ppl with.

Both this yr. and in 2009 over extended individuals by the millions were bailed out as well. The Great Recession was as much about reckless individuals as it was about Banksters, both privatized gains while socializing risks. How insane is it that 70% of the population don't even have $1k saved for emergencies?...*they* are causing systemic risk.

EXACTLY my thought. Two reasons to sell my SPOT--first and foremost a matter of principle, 2nd I expect Joe might cancel contract if he can.

@keithhunt8 He's obviously smart.

@keithhunt8 I followed for a decade with increasing intensity in more recent yrs then in 2018 decided to go 'all in' for in 2019 after they proved execution on the M3, was planning for late 2019 but the shorts getting shrill and the parabolic drop convinced me to back up the truck in May/June when it finally bounced. An exception when I timed it right...then continued to add for a few months and still add a little here and there. A number of factors lead me to believe they will be rolling out new vehicles from both Berlin and Austin with NEW CELLS way ahead of stated projections which should give stock a big kick mid to late 2021. Could easily be wrong about that obviously.

1960's were heck of a lot crazier. Since Plato the new generation is totally off the rails, lazy and useless, from perspective of older gens.

OK....I'm right about to sell my modest SPOT position for this, PATHETIC. Joe should cancel contract if this goes anywhere and I bet he will.

Hank Rearden squared

@keithhunt8 I sold 1/3 yesterday, another 1/3 on the block for today....need some cash for gen. purposes anyway. Already have a pile of TSLA from over a yr. ago. :D

@robertcuratolo5339 That means he was cutting deadwood, I'm guessing a lot more to come. This is healthy for society in every way.

Worth showing the true colors and contrasts of these fools tho.

Well said. This vid has nothing but commonsensical stuff, but OK reminders.

@GasMaskManPNW When Slick Willy cut welfare in half the slackers predicted horrible crime increase but the opposite happened, they were forced to get a job and gained self respect and morals.

Elon wants credit for phenomenal cars and rockets, he wants minimal time and exposure to DC, just enough to slash the 4th branch of gov.

@mcgriddletime915 There ya go Tiger!

WELL SAID. This makes me want to sell my SPOT stock.

He's wrong about Elon censoring any political speech tho. It's not about "centrist censorship", only real time doxxing and deceptive impersonating of other's, a grey area for "hate speech" however, they did suspend account for posting Star of David with a Swastika in it....not sure what to think about that.

In part a poor choice of subjects. Engineering for example, nothing to do with pointless memorization, all about understanding concepts and developing analytical skills.

"The right to fail" was so inherently a part of the American ethic it never needed to be said half a century ago. The fact that 70% of the population doesn't even have $1k saved for emergencies is also a systemic threat and we've bailed them out both in 2009 and this yr. I've yet to meet the hand-to-mouther who didn't have discretionary spending habits be it a coffee shop or pack of cigs. A daily Starbucks habit is easily 2 to $3k per yr....that's real money for most of us.

Unfortunately, de-banking is generally used against good ppl for bad reasons.

How well does Reich pay his 400,000 employees? Hat's off to Musk. I have little tolerance for worthless politicians on all sides.
1
Hopefully that's the reason he's on this channel at all and once he's totally humiliated they can his arse.

1:30 concerning "taking over Tesla", guy has no idea what he's on about, there was NO TESLA prior to Elon and JB Strauble, not the name, no prototype no biz plan just some ideas from 3rd partner who turned out to be a mistake.
1
I got NOTHING out of this.
