  11. Cloud seeding was done half a century ago over West US, it wasn't reliable enough to continue, hard to say it worked at all as you don't know what would have happened. Then there's the issue of reducing precip further inland which is also in perpetual short supply in dessert West.

Pretty sure my oldest bro was thinking that but he missed the draft by a few yrs fortunately, he was also exceptionally aware for his age.
