  1. As a contractor I write it on the invoice everyday and never occurred to me to fret when asked. It's the easiest part of my day, elaborate on things slowing me down, problems how I overcame them, what they could do to help me be more efficient next time. They aren't holding me accountable as much as planning, depend on my completions which I often can't give accurate time predictions due to highly variable circumstances.
