  3.  @karenreaves3650  Yeah not so much and that which does preserves important brackish habitat. The (presumably pending) Sites Reservoir will capture more still, we have lots of reservoir capacity that may not even be maxed out this winter as low as they were. Rivers matter too, the Colorado doesn't even make it to the sea and that's a damn shame, a mistake to avoid.
