  1.  mr fantastic  Endless opportunities in the TRADES, this is not news. 6 figures plus available with only a few yrs investment in acquiring skills. Much of that is far harder to robotize than driving. Is investing in yourself, building work ethics, integrity and valuable capabilities beyond your consideration?

  2. Don't make a career out of something so routine that a robot can replace you...those are the worst jobs anyway.

  3.  mr fantastic  I didn't say it was easy, since when has easy been a worthy goal?? Since WHEN was getting ahead EASY? Good for you, sounds like your doing fine without robbing banks. 99% of goods are moved by fossil fuels, what's your point?

  4.  @fractuss  Before that it was the loom replacing hoards of workers, cars replaced blacksmiths and horse care workers. Cheap ubiquitous computers replaced the original "calculators" who were ppl, mostly women, pure drudgery. And made bank workers and accountants vastly more productive. Home appliances replaced maids. On and on and on... Yet here we are with the biggest labor shortages in American history. Will this time be different? Maybe but not anytime soon other than the most mindless of tasks that no one wants to do.
