  1. Japan is one of most xenophobic major nations on Earth, and yes this makes the case for it. Much better to filter immigrants over individual traits not race and nationality. USA benefits immensely from such immigrants, Apple, Google (tho it's gone evil), Nvidia, Tesla, on and on.
