  4. F'n terrifying. Here in the USA they recently tried to establish The Ministry of Truth under the DHS (Dept of Homeland Security which is a scary dept from the get go--created post 9/11). If up to me I'd order DHS to come up with a list of terrorist plots they have thwarted in the last decade and if those plots were executed are they as terrifying as a Ministry of Truth??....if not then abolish the DHS.
