This is similar to Mexico deserving to own California or that we Commifornian's should be speaking Spanish. Dad would say: "Spanish wasn't first it was Indian" (aka., native American, which is actually thousands of dialects). Why not divide up the USA into all the dozens of known tribal 'nations' just prior to the creation of the US? How far back do we go?

@dawnelder9046 That's laughably ignorant. If you are referring to cobalt, which is mostly used in gasoline refining... A) it's not required for Li batteries, it's used in some but not all chemistries, Tesla has eliminated it entirely, and B) not only sourced in Africa. Get an F'n up to date already, SHEESH.

@kctaz6189 Was chatting checkout guy at minimart other day, apparently Mexican decent, he said they'll take it back "'nicely without war'". Should have asked him if he really wants to live in Mexico...I mean it's not far, climate similar, why not just move there? As F'ed up as my Commifornia is politically it doesn't seem many are fleeing to Mexico, they go to TX, FL, Idaho...... 😄
