  1. Compensation should be tied to company performance, top to bottom, but especially at the top, CEO should be paid primarily in stock and not allowed to sell for 5yrs post term. Hourly folks should get stock options at a discount and encouraged to invest, everyone should have skin in the game beyond just their regular pay.
