  2. ChiefJustice Middleton Right. Two strokes also tend to be dirty and much less fuel efficient. And it's hard to believe that all the major engine manufactures would be leaving that much efficiency on the table given all the decades of dedication to eking every last partial percent of improvement possible. All that said I applaud any well thought out, serious effort for dramatic improvements, or even a niche market entry....so this is interesting I just don't believe the claims.

  3. ChiefJustice Middleton Or even a basic theoretical thermodynamic explanation could be somewhat convincing. But this offers nothing of the sort.

  4. Tomasmoravia Carbs are ancient history, not a chance they will ever approach the efficiency of modern injection. But ICE is is on the way out anyway for most applications. Battery electric is taking over everything from lawn mowers and leaf blowers to cars, the transition starts slowly and builds speed. Heavy equipment, aircraft and a few other categories may continue with liquid fuels for the foreseeable future, for most everything else ICE is going to be replaced fairly soon and it won't be missed.
