  2. It's an intermediate step. One should seek to move beyond that status while building at least a little equity.

  3.  @Mountainrock70  I hear ya. I invested otherwise and over the decades got 100X returns, been nice if I could have some of the SSI money back 10yrs ago. And today's youth seem to want more money confiscated from themselves. Inflation is the tax increase of choice at the moment.
