  4.  @timdowney6721  I can't argue with that too much but it's always important to treat ppl as the individuals they are not the labels they claim nor career choice usually. Can make the case that it's not realistic for a couple good guy cops to upend the entire department but instead to be as positive an influence as possible....tough call there. (I knew a couple great cops that were part of thuggish small town PD, not sure I can entirely forgive them being part of the machine but they certainly were consistently just, kind and considerate as individuals, de-escalating and reasonable.)
