@nickidaisydandelion4044 It's more a test, revelation of character than the creator of character. However--I could have inherited millions from my grandfather and VERY grateful I didn't, at least not receiving it young, it would have destroyed my struggle, motivation to start own biz on shoestring at 20 and everything that went into building my self respect. Likewise smart parents DO NOT make their children's life financially easy, one of most destructive things a parent can do. So how does that map onto a future of abundance and ease? Not sure. Relative attributes will still matter, maybe one will have to demonstrate their metal rock climbing or whatever.

@nickidaisydandelion4044 Interesting story. Love and friendship are not exclusive of money, it's the achievement that matters more than the destination, tho properly utilized enhanced freedom results from financial independence. I'd bet good money your brother doesn't fair so well. Trust fund kids are among the most pathetic folks you'll ever meet and the "Lottery Curse" is because unearned wealth is more destructive to a person than life enhancing, especially if they think it will solve all their problems.

@BillSmith-fx7xx Maybe one day but as much as I expect humanoid bots to be transformative within a decade, I doubt they can create a GF experience anytime soon. And reproduction?? Nah

@andrasbiro3007 Compare that to 1900 or any time before. They'd been in a New York tenant city ghetto, stacked on top of eachother barely eating enough in the filth and squalor, lucky to have some coal for the stove to cook and heat. Family of 6 or more in a 10 X 12 ft fire trap.

@andrasbiro3007 Indulge in some 1900's or prior NYC history, see how most folks lived. They sure as hell would be thrilled to trade places with modern poor American. Running water, electricity, a sanitary place to shit, multi room apartments, insulation, everyone is fat and lazy with more than one set of cloths, air not thick with coal smoke inside and horse manure dust outside.... Are you kidding me?

@andrasbiro3007 Do you even know what coal smoke or horse manure dust are like to be immersed in? Maybe "super abundant" isn't the best description, super superior? But super abundance is readily available today when it wasn't back then. Any man of near average health and intelligence and above average motivation can make 6 figures in a mater of a few yrs starting from zero. Plumber, electrician, mechanic, welder, on and on...
