  1. Creative destruction is NOT sad, no one even misses Sears which was a rural America necessity when I was a child, Amazon and other online retailers are 1M X better. The UAW and all the toxic culture surrounding it will also be taken down or eliminated, this is very healthy.

  2.  @NoTimeForThatNow  Such a common scenario, seems the old established and comfortable just can't see or can't risk the new. "Disruption always comes from outside." ...or something to that effect say's Cathie Wood, Tony Seba. Zerox, Kodak, IBM, and now most of legacy autos. Such disruptions do much more than just invent new products and services they also innovate how business can be done. Tesla is altering everything from the bottom job responsibilities to CEO compensation and more.
