  1. Like the take on children, definitely DO IT. No way you'll regret that. My folks had 4 of us at a time when dad's fledgling career was on the line because he refused to tow the line with his sub-optimal boss and he made it known he'd quit if he was transferred as was the norm for management, engineers and geologists like him. (there was no other place to work locally at his capacity) He was determined to raise family in stable location we loved. It all worked out and he had great career.

  2. Bet the ranch on it mid 2019--for what it's worth I think next 2 yrs are going to be big. It always takes longer than those of us in the bubble expect, seemed like the epic short squeeze took forever but it was only 6 or 8 months from when I saw it coming.

  3. 9:00 Still amazes me how mentally frail recent decades of Americans have become, it's expected that one be a child and take offense to ideas uncomfortable to their dogma. You OWN your offended state it's not imposed upon you, it's to be quietly ashamed of, not announced, same for perpetual victimhood and anger...all signals of loser mentality. I appreciate Farzad more or less confirming that but it's entirely NOT an Elon problem, it's a societal problem that can only be mitigated by exposure to discomfort not continued pampering and celebrating weakness that got us here.
