  2. It's not their job to massage the stock price but only to manage the company. The stock will take care of itself over time. If that's too hard to understand or wait for, equities are not for you.

  3. Buyback should be last on the list of expenditures. I believe it will be mid 2023 at the earliest and then recurring.
