  1.  @markplott4820  Better for the government to stay out of it entirely if they can't do it right which would have been a carbon tax. Picking specific winners and losers has always been a disaster when governments do it instead of the market place, like the corn ethanol travesty or Cali's laughable hydrogen program. BEVs are set to take over regardless.
