4:25 arguably a safety error to turn wheels while stopped, should wait until executing the maneuver as it only takes a bad bump from the rear to knock vehicle into oncoming traffic. Believe it's also the law in most of the USA, one that most ignore or ignorant of.

Long ago was in such a situation that became VERY dangerous as a kid in granddad's Jeep fumbled the clutch and lurched into my 1-ton service truck oncoming at 50mph, he caught it just as he clipped the rear of my rig as I moved a little into the right lane from left. Granted the kid shouldn't have been driving at all but had he not been steered hard left while stopped he wouldn't have nearly caused a potentially lethal accident, would have only lurched straight ahead instead of into me and other oncoming traffic.
