  1. Cali bureaucrats can claim victory while driving housing prices even higher. More folks will flee the state, not a bad thing it's way overpopulated. I'm planning on building a new small home in a few yr.s and would love to be completely free of the damn grid and the PG&E disaster scene. I expect many utilities to enter a death spiral in coming yr.s as the only option be going off grid.
