Excellent? Retirement communities in the US tolerate golf carts already in some cases, that mini is basically a golf cart with doors, it has it's place.

Run two of them into eachother at top speed of 35mph and ppl will likely die, but I agree ppl should have the right to take that chance as long as they aren't clogging up roads with sp limits over 25mph, or hills they can barely climb.

@bobbytookalook I already implied ALL of that. If it were up to me there wouldn't even be helmet or seatbelt laws, let nature run it's natural course. Only laws that limit the direct risk to others should be adopted, sp limits and so on. I wore seatbelts and helmets long before the damn laws, we always used seatbelts when most folks never did but it should be personal choice.

@markbeiser I've been rear ended twice, the 2nd time was deliberate from a meth addict and well known criminal....literally backed up and rammed my car for NO reason what so ever, wasn't even a road rage thing just a psychotic.

@James Pink Well aware of that, same as hitting a sold wall at same spd, similar to hitting a large tree which--incidentally, is the most popular way to die in American car crashes. 35 mph can be brutal without a crash worthy vehicle.
