  1. They aren't about to have Starlink dishes on any cars anywhere let alone China, too big and expensive, take a look at the hardware required for airliners or even stationary home systems which are far cheaper and smaller.

  3.  @simontideswell1728  Buy one of those '70's/'80's rigs, sure there are some out there for dirt cheap. Or get one of those Chinese BEV death traps if you can, I've seen a few here in the States. Or some get away with golf carts which is what you want, no? Don't expect to survive a fender bender in one but that's apparently not your concern.

But give it time and niche markets like that will likely be served, to some degree, it doesn't pay to have a special option list for you and a dozen other folks on Earth. Having a Netflix option you don't use is like any number of features in Windows or your phone you don't use nor pay for.

  5.  @simontideswell1728  I think the next gen BEV econoboxes will do you better than you imagine. Tesla "2" and others. I get it, drove econoboxs for decades, a staple. Imagine the fuel and maintenance savings, who cares if the windows are powered or there's extra software you don't use. I wouldn't be w/o powered windows simply bc I can't reach any except the drivers, NOT acceptable today even for a cheapy. T2 class to be the poor man's only choice in several yrs on the used market.

  8.  @jeffg4570  We don't even know what the situation is here, just speculation, can't be about Starlink IMO, they don't sell the receivers nor turn on the system for China. You can't hide the receiving dishes, the CCP has a problem with VPNs not Starlink. SpaceX and Tesla are doing fantastic, this whole Twitter distraction narrative is a fabrication, obviously the Establishment vilifies Elon, they are guilty as hell as the T. Files show, way beyond the wackiest conspiracy theories. So distract, divert and continue using Orwell's 1984 as an instruction manual, it's worked so far.

  9. Do all prior owner's send Tesla a check after a price increase? They made a purchase for a price they accepted, end of story, no mfg is obligated to maintain any price, how stupid can ppl get?
