EV bans and mandates are unnecessary and highly counterproductive, driving the massive EV backlash and rightly so.

@karlwest437 Indoor smoking bans did not cause more folks to smoke and even if it did it's none of your business or concern. EV mandates are retarding adoption rates via a somewhat justified visceral backlash. So if delaying the transition is your goal, keep advocating force and expect half the population to dig in their heels.

@karlwest437 Most of the propaganda against BEVs--fire hazard, battery life, range, on and on, is driven by those rejecting force. I argue against them but sympathize with their anti-Nanny State impulses which are generally healthy in our overreaching Western governments.
