  1. Potential for agriculture 'waste' or other stock to make modest amounts economically. Locally we have enough recycled orchard wood chips to power a few small electric plants that were recently closed...subsidiary of Shell Oil was considering $250M plant to turn cellulose to diesel/kerosene plus a little hydrogen. (not about to replace petroleum but significant locally) Chips now used on the ground or turned to massive piles of compost, good use too, or just open burned in piles in the fields...not so good.
