I vote against anything that further punishes the most productive in our state and accelerates their exodus. We are already suffering massively from the Communist mentality. And this one was guaranteed to be much money flushed down the toilet with over priced charging network that doesn't work.

@kripakhanal9561 You can't squeeze money from those who have none, high earners pay vast majority of it and of course governments flush most down the toilet--in this particular case--including an overpriced charging network that wouldn't actually work. Already the most productive our fleeing my Commifornia due to the punishment they receive for being productive.
