  2. As 62 Commifornia Lifer--no fan of this sort of pork/activism, $8 of $10 will be pissed against the wall w chargers that don't work or don't work well at best, badly located...typical government fail compared to say, Tesla network. But we've done worse than this, like H2 fuel stations...lol.
