There needs to be anti-monopolistic laws for unions just like there are for industries. Not just over there but here in the USA too, they are all mafias.

@PandaKnight52 Baloney. Unions exist to pay exorbitant salaries to their staff while contributing zero value. "Get paid at all" as tho anyone works for free?--most mindless claim ever. Companies that take best care of their workers get best results, PERIOD. All the rest, weekends, 8hr shifts, etc., are codified in LAW everywhere but maybe China where Communism isn't just unions it's the entire government. A century plus ago American unions had a role, even then they were violent mafias but arguably a necessary evil given monopolistic industries. That's the PAST. Sweden should bust up those mafias, forced taxation of workers and driving away industries entirely. Sure won't see anymore than minimal Tesla investments there to just sell cars, from Tesla or the Chinese MFG, industry in general. How can you defend organizations that force themselves on workers? Obviously you don't give a damn about those who want no part of that crap.

@kronop8884 Not OK to allow industries to become overwhelming monopolies. I'm sure Swedish government is not hands off on that. For similar reasons there must be guardrails, limits on union mafias, which clearly do not allow the indivudual to make a contract with the employer. Right? So the employee is partial slave to a union he/she may want nothing to do with. That is WRONG.

@kronop8884 A worker is not forced to labor for any given industry yet it is forced to work for a union if wanting to work at all. No one can defend that result, a fundamental human right is being systematically violated. Shameful. Not just a Swedish problem, tho seems extreme there, it's Western problem.
