@xiaoka Wasn't just price goals, it was revenue too AND he can't touch the share for 5 yrs, impossible to game it. Regardless--a deal is a DEAL, end of discussion.

If this dude actually votes against he's an idiot, share price will immediately suffer and long term prospects for Tesla greatly diminished.

@patrickcorcoran4828 I skimmed the entire 200 pgs and the judge tipped her hand repeatedly, starting w 1st sentence, invoking Elon's wealth as tho that were even a consideration. She admitted she didn't have squat to go on. She had decided before hand the verdict then tried to justify the unjustifiable. WE the shareholders knew exactly what we were voting for and it paid off incredibly well for us, Elon did the impossible at great personal cost. So the judge insults us as "'too dumb to understand the BOD, etc.'" Then punishes the crap out of us. NO WAY this Commie judgement is based on law, the pay pkg was the most properly aligned with shareholders ever, no other CEO would ever agree to it as he got zero before doubling the market cap. Both Elon and Kimbal abstained from the vote, the pkg was brilliantly constructed and WE agreed to it! In what universe is reneging on that OK??

@patrickcorcoran4828 I would never do business or employ anyone who doesn't implicitly, inherently know why a contract is 'sacred', why this judgment was evil. Begging for trouble and I don't do biz w those I disrespect. Someday you'll be screwed by a technicality, excuse, maybe THEN it'll get thru your skull.

FSD is late, too bad, Mary Barra, Peter Rawlinson (pick your CEO) were wrong about everything, running their companies into oblivion while cashing in big time. Don't pretend this is about justice or law, it's 100% political lawfare. The USA is a certified Banana Republic.
