@michaelphillips4452 High standard of living in spite of the mafia, not because of it. Notice that Apple, Google, Nvdia, Tesla, on and on...none are founded in the business crippled Euro zone. Sweden was also one of the proud few who did not force the insane, unscientific immoral lockdowns for the flue. Cheers to them for that while 'the rest of world' went full Authoritarian. Scandinavian Americans are also more prosperous than average Americans, apparently cultural/genetic attributes involved.
