  1.  @dannydevito5729  No where near the spillway, that's wide concrete Right side which as always is near top of dam. They're just keeping river flowing, feeding from bottom of dam. Look at the reservoir area above dam, just a little swamp. (but clearly it rarely at best ever fills based on trees)
