I was thinking same. Crime was some 3X higher, subways at night were a ghetto. Likely some well funded real estate folks will buy low and thrive later.

@feed_me_cookies It's definitely a time to defend free enterprise, I haven't seen it this under assault since the 1960's to early '80's. I believe the way to do that is start teaching financial literacy, promote monetary discipline and get the general public INVESTED in stocks, local businesses and so on. Everyone needs a direct undeniable stake.
