  1. "'When NYC goes dark....'" Looks pretty damn dark already. "14 yr recession, depression that never corrected itself..." I think that's somewhat unique to NYC, certainly not my experience in farther N. Cali, with exception of new structural investments which only in recent yrs begun to recover apparently. Seems NY politics (at least NYC) are almost as F_cked up as my CA....SF turned into a sh_thole since Covid.

  3. I wanna ride my bike over that bridge at night! :D I'm guessing lines at bars are due to 'half of them' going under since Covid? Vacant space will inevitably drive prices down and induce some "humble pie" eating.
